Sessions, Fees & Cancellations  

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service, unless we make other arrangements. For your convenience, we submit billing statements directly to your insurance company. 

 

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions prior to our first session:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an in-network provider?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

 

Fees

$205 for initial intake session
$150 for ongoing sessions

 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment within at least 24 hours notice, you are responsible for the full cost of the session. Note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Actual emergencies are excluded from this policy.
